When you walk down any grocery store tea aisle, you are bombarded with a variety of teas, you can choose. I have tried green teas, black teas, herbal teas, healing teas. How do you know which tea brand to try and what combination would work to your benefit. If you're really interesting in trying teas, do your homework. Some studies have found that tea can help with cancer, diabetes, heart conditions, respiratory conditions, weight loss, among other ailments. I've started trying respiratory teas for my asthma and turmeric teas that help with inflammation. Will it help, not sure, but willing to check it out.
